Job summary

Kärcher is seeking an experienced operations leader to direct daily assembly and production activities in our Fayetteville, AR facility. You will drive output, schedule adherence, and customer targets while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

You will champion Lean manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and root-cause analysis, coach frontline teams, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to deliver continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and root cause analysis.
• Proven track record of operational execution, accountability, and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly and production operations to consistently hit output, schedule, and customer targets.
• Account for operational results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
• Enforce strict quality systems, process controls, product standards, and standard work documentation.
• Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives to drive productivity, minimize waste, and optimize costs.
• Coach, develop, and lead supervisors and frontline teams to build a safe, high-performance culture.
