Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Operator in Tennessee to safely operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring high-quality products and a clean, organized work area.

You will record production data, load and unload materials ( forklift experience a plus), and actively participate in Lean initiatives while collaborating with teammates to achieve daily targets in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor product quality and report deficiencies to supervisor
• Record production data (quantities, times, etc.)
• Load/unload materials by hand or forklift
• Support Lean Manufacturing or improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily/weekly targets
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE rules
