Job summary

You will lead daily operations, train new hires, and drive continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, manufacturing engineering, and supply chain. The role emphasizes reporting, documentation, and a culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required
• Lean Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing a diverse, cross-functional team
• Experience with 3500, 3600 engines or C175 engines or similar assembly
• Professional certification (ASQ, SME) preferred

Responsibilities

• Create reports on production processes, tool issues, performance, and inventory; share with managers and propose improvements to safety, productivity and quality
• Prepare, maintain, and update operating procedures and safety/quality documentation; ensure processes/products meet safety and quality standards
• Supervise daily production line activities, assign tasks, coordinate between teams, ensure safety and monitor performance
• Train new hires, manage scheduling and conflicts, monitor safety, promote internal communication for collaboration and continuous improvement
