Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of employees supporting a complex manufacturing production line.
• Assign work, align production priorities, and coordinate activities between teams to maintain safe and effective operations.
• Prepare and manage production schedules while identifying potential bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Monitor adherence to procedures, safety, and quality standards, taking prompt action when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports covering processes, tooling, performance, inventory, safety, productivity, and quality.
• Review data, investigate issues, identify practical alternatives, and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to procedures, safety, and quality standards.
• Train and support new employees while helping existing team members strengthen knowledge and capabilities.
• Coach employees through clear goals, feedback, development opportunities, and recognition.
• Address scheduling and workplace conflicts while promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
