Confidential Employer in Nevada seeks a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and lead a team of supervisors and leads. You will drive production schedules, monitor quality, and ensure GMP/ISO compliance while partnering with maintenance and HR.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, cost control, continuous improvement, and maintaining safe, efficient workflows in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years manufacturing facility experience.
2+ years in a regulated management role.
Familiar with Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
Proficient with ERP and inventory software.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operational management and business activities of the production department in their assigned facility.
Motivate production team by providing encouragement, being a servant leader, and giving constructive feedback.
Drive the production department to achieve and surpass goals and objectives, maximizing output and minimizing cost.
Direct and implement SOPs, methods, policies, objectives to advance the department, ensuring continued operations and productivity.
Develop and meet the production schedule of manufactured goods.
Maintain product inventory levels based on sales forecast and production schedules.
Ensure quality, safety, GMPs and ISO standards are followed.
Monitor equipment and machinery performance with the maintenance team.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to Assistant Managers and Leads.
Partner with Human Resources to manage the department workforce.
