Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is hiring a Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction. You will supervise teams and ensure the right tools and training are in place.

You will apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA and 8D problem analysis to identify improvements, review production and quality reports, and develop action plans with your team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management, Masters desired.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering and/or process improvement roles.
• Lean environment experience and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA and 8D problem analysis to improve processes.
• Review production, safety, and quality reports and develop action plans.
• Coordinate with planning, operations, and maintenance to meet production schedules.
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs and equipment uptime.
