Prudential Overall Supply in Oregon seeks a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily plant operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and develop a high-performing team.

You will supervise 50+ staff across production, maintenance, and support, partnering with the Plant Manager on staffing and training, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, industrial laundry, or related environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Military leadership and operations experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service objectives are achieved.
• Direct and support a team of 50+ production, maintenance, and support employees.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate workflow across multiple departments to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor utilization, and departmental performance to maximize productivity.
• Establish clear communication and accountability throughout the production team.
• Partner with the Plant Manager to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
