Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations, drive productivity, and uphold quality. You will manage 50+ employees across production, maintenance, and support, coordinating workflow to meet schedules and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced industrial setting. Strong English/Spanish bilingualism and military leadership experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, industrial laundry, or related environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Military leadership and operations experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service objectives are achieved.
• Direct and support a team of 50+ production, maintenance, and support employees.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate workflow across multiple departments to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor utilization, and departmental performance to maximize productivity.
• Establish clear communication and accountability throughout the production team.
• Partner with the Plant Manager to recruit, train, develop, and retain employees.
• Conduct employee coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action as needed.
• Monitor production metrics, quality standards, attendance, safety practices, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and quality.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support plant operations as needed and perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
