Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a Production Manager in Warren, MN to lead production and maintenance operations. You will drive a safety-focused culture, coordinate daily/weekly production plans, and ensure maintenance align with asset reliability and cost targets.

The role emphasizes adherence to standards, staff development, and collaboration with plant leadership to meet delivery schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years leadership in an industrial setting.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields.
• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Help implement safety and continuous flow production methods with EH&S Manager.
• Identify and implement process improvements for cost reduction and asset utilization.
• Develop leadership and team pipelines with the plant manager.
• Manage Daily/Weekly production schedule.
• Ensure training of employees and effective layout for safety and efficiency.
• Utilize production-purchasing reporting to meet inventory targets.
• Oversee OSHA compliance training and safety initiatives.
• Lead preventative/predictive maintenance with the maintenance team.
