Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead the mill’s production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and drives continuous improvement across all shifts to meet cost, schedule, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Manufacturing/Industrial Management and 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, with strong analytical and leadership skills and the ability to work in high temperature

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Industrial Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the production department.
