Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead our client's production operations across three manufacturing areas in Richmond, VA. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and employee development across all shifts.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production schedules. Salary is $110K-$135K DOE plus a $10K bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing teams of 100+ employees.
• Lean Manufacturing implementation and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee development objectives are achieved across all shifts. Salary: $110-$135K DOE plus $10K Bonus
