Banner Engineering Corp. seeks a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing activities across multiple areas, including planning, staffing, safety, quality, delivery and cost management.

You will lead supervisors and production staff to maintain a positive, accountable work environment. The role reports to the Sr Operations Plant Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in operations or related field and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience; familiarity with ERP systems and Lean/5S

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in operations or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production teams and manufacturing processes in a multi-area manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP production systems, Microsoft Office tools, production build plans, and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Determine staffing requirements.
• Set employee goals and objectives. Develop employees to meet those objectives.
• Monitor and review performance daily to ensure productivity goals are met. Coach employees to improve productivity while maintaining a positive work environment and organize necessary corrective action for improvement as needed.
• Ensure employees are effectively trained.
• Collaborate with Production Planner, Line Leaders, and engineering teams to understand needs and priorities.
• Drive Lean and 5S improvements in production processes.
• Open and close the facility when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned
