Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in joinery and fit-out, with at least 3 years in a production management role.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CNC, finishing and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all production and manufacturing operations for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Monitor daily production activities against drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, technical office and procurement for material availability and accurate technical details.
• Oversee CNC machining, pressing, edging, assembly, and finishing operations.
• Prepare and maintain periodic production performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze production performance, implement corrective actions, and minimize delays and cost deviations.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues affecting production.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards throughout all production stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all production and manufacturing operations for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure compliance with working drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design, technical office, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability and accurate technical details.
• Oversee CNC machining, pressing, edging, assembly, and finishing operations.
• Follow up on material submittals and ensure materials are available when needed.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain periodic production performance reports for senior management.
• Analyze production performance, implement corrective actions, and minimize delays and cost deviations.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues affecting production.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards throughout all production stages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in joinery and fit-out, including at least 3 years in a production management role.
• Good knowledge of finishing materials and modern joinery and fit-out techniques.
• Experience in production management, quantity analysis, and cost control.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
