Ferretti Search is hiring a hands-on Production Manager for our Lumberton, North Carolina plant. You will lead a 32-person team and own day-to-day floor operations to keep production running on schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing experience — required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; textiles industry background ideal.
• Strong, practical knowledge of manufacturing mechanics and machinery.
• Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve on the floor.
• Open to: experienced Maintenance Technicians or Supervisors stepping up.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the production floor.
• Oversee inventory.
• Provide hands-on leadership across a 32-person manufacturing team.
• Understand and troubleshoot equipment and processes on the floor.
