Responsibilities

Provide strategic and tactical HR leadership while developing and implementing policies, procedures, and SOPs that align with business objectives.
Oversee payroll administration, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and other core HR functions.
Lead and support an HR team consisting of an HR Generalist and HR Coordinator/Administrator while serving as a trusted partner to employees and leadership.
