DFX Foundation & Waterproofing Experts is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production operations, supervise crews, and drive quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This office-based role includes field visits to support crews, evaluate work, and resolve issues to uphold company standards.

You will coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles, review project details with sales and administrative staff, and communicate professionally with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crews or managing production operations.
• Strong leadership to set expectations, make decisions, and hold teams accountable.
• Practical knowledge of installation processes, job planning, equipment, materials, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, crew assignments, and workflow for timely project completion.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles for each job.
• Review project details with sales and admin to clarify scope and address challenges.
• Provide direction to foremen and crews on workmanship, productivity, safety, and professionalism.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and production challenges with practical solutions.
• Visit job sites to evaluate installation quality and troubleshoot issues.
