Job summary

DFX Foundation & Waterproofing Experts in Memphis, TN is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production operations within a primarily office-based role, with job-site and customer visits. You will oversee schedules, crew performance, equipment readiness, and project completion, driving quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have foundation repair or waterproofing industry experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Experience supervising crews or managing production operations.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage production schedules, crew assignments, and workflows to ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles for each job.
Clarify scope with sales and admin staff to address challenges before installation.
Provide direction to foremen and crews on workmanship, safety, and professionalism.
Interview and help select team members to strengthen production.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and production challenges with timely solutions.
Visit job sites to evaluate installation quality and troubleshoot issues.
Monitor labor/material use and production results to improve efficiency.
Communicate with homeowners, resolve concerns, and follow up on work.
