Job summary

TerraFirma is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews on foundation, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair projects. You’ll own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every site, mentoring Installers and ensuring on-time, on-budget installations that reflect TerraFirma standards.

As the backbone of the job site, you’ll coordinate tasks, review specifications, drive the company vehicle, and uphold our commitment to doing the job right for homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance crew, coordinating assignments based on work priority, schedules, and workforce availability
• Supervise crew members and provide on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks — safety is non-negotiable on every job site
• Monitor project progress and keep jobs on track from a time and budgetary standpoint
• Motivate and recognize your team to foster a positive, high-performance work culture
• Address performance issues promptly and loop in the Production Manager as needed
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed before arriving on site
• Assess job site conditions on arrival and set forth a clear plan — time allotment, tool needs, and work order
• Install TerraFirma products and services, driving quality workmanship and on-time completion
• Troubleshoot and innovate on the spot to resolve challenges and meet company standards and timetables
• Drive the company vehicle to and from the job site daily
• Work in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements safely
• Collect payment upon job completion and ensure all final documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the proper parties
