Job Title: Production Manager

Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000/year (Base + Bonus)

Are you a proven leader with a passion for operations, people, and performance? Our fast-growing painting company is looking for a Production Manager who can lead teams, manage projects with excellence, and help us deliver top-tier results for our residential and commercial clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily painting operations and ensure on-time, high-quality job completion
• Lead and mentor field crews with clear direction and accountability
• Coordinate with sales, project managers, and clients to ensure a seamless workflow
• Implement and refine systems for scheduling, material management, and quality control
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team-building experience (preferably in the trades or construction)
• Knowledge of painting or general contracting is a plus
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver
• Organized, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
