The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in property restoration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property restoration, construction, or related trades.
• Previous project management experience in restoration or construction.
• Hands-on experience with water, fire, smoke, mold, or storm damage mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial restoration projects involving multiple types of property damage.
• Perform on-site inspections and document project conditions.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards.
