Job summary

Evergreen Cooperative Laundry in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations of our employee-owned laundry facility. You will oversee quality control, safety, and staff performance while ensuring we meet client KPIs and service commitments.

This role emphasizes coaching, training new hires, reporting, and collaboration with the operations team to maintain efficiency and a culture of Open Book Management and ownership.

Qualifications

• 5 years supervisory/management experience, preferably in laundry operations or similar environment.
• High School Diploma is required.
• Proficient in Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility production, Quality Control and Safety to meet KPI targets.
• Supervise non-exempt staff and coordinate training and performance evaluations.
• Prepare end-of-shift/weekly reports and assist HR with hiring/termination needs.
• Maintain inventory, schedule adherence, and workplace discipline as needed.
