Job summary

UFP Site Built in Berlin, NJ is seeking a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations across a plant. You will develop production schedules, coordinate with departments, and ensure cost, profit and productivity objectives are met.

Responsibilities include staff assignment, training, safety compliance, inventory control, and process improvements. The role offers competitive pay ($65,000–$85,000) and a comprehensive benefits package with 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Minimum two years as a production supervisor or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and forecast inventory.
• Ensure assets are maintained and safety standards.
