Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial new construction roofing projects.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling and field operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems and take ownership of project delivery.

• Take full ownership of commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower and subcontractors.
• Lead superintendents and field teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with estimating and sales teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, clients and internal teams.
