TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. has partnered with a Jessup, Maryland area contractor to recruit an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager. You will oversee projects from award to closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, materials, and field teams.

You will work with superintendents, field crews, and customers to resolve challenges and protect profitability, leveraging knowledge of TPO, PVC and EPDM systems for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing project management experience.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen).
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, crews, and project profitability.

Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Jessup, Maryland

Compensation: $100K Base + (DOE) + Benefits + Profit Sharing

This role requires commercial roofing experience.

You’ll manage commercial roofing projects from award through completion, including budgets, scheduling, materials, field coordination, change orders, and closeout.

You’ll work closely with superintendents, field crews, general contractors, and customers to keep projects moving, resolve challenges, and maintain profitability.
