Roofing Talent America LTD in Washington, DC seeks a Production Manager to own commercial roofing projects from preconstruction to completion. You will drive schedules, budgets, and field operations on high-profile government and institutional facilities.

Join a family-owned contractor with a strong Washington, DC track record. You’ll oversee superintendents, collaborate with estimating and sales, and build lasting client relationships while advancing toward operations leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Experience managing large commercial new construction roofing projects.
• Strong understanding of project budgets, scheduling and field operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems and take ownership of project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower and subcontractors.
• Lead superintendents and field teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with estimating and sales teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, clients and internal teams.
