Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee field operations for a growing landscape maintenance company in South Florida. You will manage approximately $2M in contracts and lead four field crews to execute safe, high-quality projects.

You will coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment, while ensuring adherence to budgets and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership, operational planning, and proactive problem solving on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial landscape maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple crews and field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and horticulture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole strongly preferred.
• Equipment operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple landscape maintenance crews across South Florida properties.

About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing commercial landscaping company is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to oversee field operations within its Maintenance Division. This individual will manage approximately $2 million in commercial landscape maintenance contracts while leading 4 field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
