Qualifications

• This role requires strong communication and organizational abilities, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and MS Office is preferred.
• Technical or college degree is preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Direct and lead a team of employees across shifts.
• Coordinate with Project Teams to support scheduling and priorities.
• Estimate production times and staffing for management decisions.
• Analyze workforce utilization, space, and workflow to ensure resources.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement cross-training.
• Ensure processes align with project management guidelines.
• Work with Project Managers and Process Engineers to mitigate risk.
• Provide on-the-job training and required certifications as needed.
• Maintain tool inventory and ensure availability within the cell.
• Ensure materials and tools are available before projects begin.
• Prepare reports for operations management and document workflows.
• Audit and review work packets with technicians.
• Display cooperative behavior and meet deadlines; attend on-time attendance.
