Description

Bilingual (Spanish) Production Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Production Manager with bilingual proficiency in Spanish to oversee production and project planning, ensuring seamless execution within established timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor production activities, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Issue work orders and track production status to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Develop and maintain timelines, reports, and presentations to support operational goals.
• Engage in daily collaboration with team members across departments to streamline processes.
• Communicate with the Operations Director regarding any delays, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in supply chain management, focusing on project and product planning.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret manufacturing procedures, specifications, BOMs, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Software Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Project Management: Capable of managing small-scale projects independently.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
