Position: Production Manager

As the Production Manager at Floor Coverings International, you will lead our operations and support our business growth. You’ll serve as the primary contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture customer relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Assist sales team, including ride-alongs for complex quotes.
• Communicate project timelines and updates to customers and installers.
• Hold weekly meetings with sales staff for project updates.
• Recruit and evaluate installer talent.
• Manage installer and vendor relationships.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with customers and crews.
• Coordinate daily production activities with installers.
• Address construction challenges promptly.
• Manage warehouse, inventory, and ensure quality control.
• Oversee product management and job costing.
• Document projects with photos for accountability.
• Strive for 5-star customer ratings.
