The role emphasizes collaboration, process efficiency, and delivering polished results within our established look-and-feel. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in multimedia production, strong post-production skills, and experience with web CMS and AI-driven workflows.

The production manager is responsible for design and execution of the organization’s multimedia output across channels, including production and editing of podcasts and videos, creation of promotional and social media assets, and management of the website—all within the established look-and-feel of the organization’s work. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative producer who builds efficient, repeatable processes and delivers polished results across formats.

Reports to: Communications Director

Function breakdown: 100% program.

General Responsibilities

• Record and edit podcast episodes, produce show notes and clips, and manage distribution
• Produce short-form video content from existing video—editing, graphics, captioning
• Create promotional materials and social media assets highlighting events and releases
• Maintain and update the website, publishing content and ensuring consistency
• Develop reusable templates and AI-assisted workflows that make recurring production—episodes, clips, graphics, and report formatting—faster and more consistent over time

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in multimedia production, design, or a related field, with a portfolio that demonstrates finished work across formats
• Strong post-production skills for video and audio; familiarity with top formats and platforms
• Comfort working with web and content-management systems to publish digital content
• Fluency with preferred toolset and at least some experimentation with AI-driven processes
• A good eye for design and the ability to work within an established look and feel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, comfort working with limited supervision, enthusiasm for highly collaborative and experimental environment with rapid iterations
