Role Description

The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Roseville, MI, responsible for overseeing flooring installation projects from scheduling through completion. This position manages daily job schedules, coordinates installer crews, and ensures materials, tools, and documentation are prepared for each project. The Production Manager monitors job progress, conducts site visits as needed, and resolves issues in collaboration with installers, sales staff, and customers. The role includes updating project status in internal systems, maintaining quality and safety standards, and communicating timelines and expectations clearly with clients. This individual also helps refine processes, manage vendor relationships, and support continuous improvement in production efficiency and customer experience.
