Job summary

Lufthansa Cargo AG is seeking a Production Manager to lead operational excellence across the US network, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of air cargo operations. You will partner with local teams, suppliers, and headquarters to drive improvements and uphold high standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus experience in air cargo or logistics, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional change in a dynamic environment. U.S. work eligibility is required.

• Monitor operational performance indicators. Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead performance reviews, operational assessments, audits.
• Analyze trends, root causes, and operational risks. Develop sustainable corrective actions.
• Act as local focal point for operational projects, process improvements & strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues at headquarters & across the global network to implement best practices and operational standards.
• Manage supplier performance & foster strong partnerships with internal/external stakeholders.
