Job summary

Lufthansa Cargo AG is seeking an experienced operations professional to drive performance and improvements across the Americas. You will coordinate with stations, ground handlers, regional teams, and HQ to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient cargo operations.

Travel across the Americas is required, and you will lead audits, resolve complex problems, and foster strong supplier partnerships to sustain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in air cargo, aviation, logistics, or similar operations.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Americas.
• Legal work permit in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stations, partners, and HQ to implement best practices.
• Lead performance reviews, audits, and station visits.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide expertise during irregular operations and escalations.
