Stage32 is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a 3-day NYC shoot (Oct 23-25, 2026). You will serve as the on-set lead, handling day-to-day production decisions, set logistics, and SAG compliance with the 1st AD to ensure a smooth principal photography period.

Ideal candidates will bring on-set producing experience, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset, with availability for all three shoot days in New York City.

Qualifications

• SAG-AFTRA compliance is required.
• Experience as on-set producer or line producer strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead producing presence on set for principal photography.
• Make day-to-day physical production decisions and manage set logistics.
• Oversee location logistics and staffing; coordinate with SAG compliance requirements.
• Make on-set budget decisions and supervise footage backup/DIT oversight.
• Collaborate directly with the 1st AD to ensure smooth production.

SEEKING: Production Manager | Breaking UP | NYC | OCT 23-25, 2026

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for principal photography.

SHOOT DATES: October 23-25, 2026 | New York City

THE ROLE: Hybrid Line Producer/Production Manager function. You are the lead producing presence on set — responsible for all physical production matters which include day-to-day production decisions, set and location logistics, and personnel/staffing management, SAG compliance, on-set budget decisions, and footage backup/DIT oversight. Works directly with 1st AD to ensure smooth and successful production.

COMPENSATION:

• Flat rate: $500 for all 3 days (MFN), Credit, meals
