Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Production Manager for our client, a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies, to direct production and the maintenance department at the Montello and Wautoma sites. You will oversee about 100 employees, across two locations, ensuring targets are met with quality and cost efficiency.

You will drive production schedules, foster teamwork, and implement lean practices (5S) to minimize costs and defects.

Formación

• Expertise in manufacturing leadership and operational management.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with an operations leadership role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
• Working knowledge of production scheduling systems (SYSPRO preferred).
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent preferred.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.
