Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is assisting a Wisconsin client, a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies, in hiring a Production Manager to lead production and maintenance across Montello and Wautoma. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, cost control, and quality adherence, reporting to the company president.

You will oversee about 100 employees, drive production schedules, develop teams, and push for operational excellence and strategic growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing leadership and operations management.
• Experience with lean methodologies such as 5S.
• Familiarity with production scheduling systems; SYSPRO preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.
