Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead the operations and maintenance teams across two Wisconsin sites (Montello and nearby). You will drive production performance, ensure quality, and manage lean initiatives to reduce costs while meeting delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong communication skills, and experience with lean methods (5S). Familiarity with SYSPRO is preferred.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.
