Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC’s client, a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies, seeks a Production Manager to direct production and maintenance across Montello and Wautoma. You will drive production performance while upholding quality and cost targets, reporting to the president.

You’ll lead about 100 staff, implement lean manufacturing (5S), manage schedules, foster teamwork, and pursue growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership in operations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, including 5S.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.

• Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written


• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
