Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to direct production and maintenance across Montello and Wautoma. You will drive performance, uphold quality, and manage costs while reporting to the president.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing (5S) and strong communication to lead a 100+ person team and influence strategic decisions in a growing contract manufacturer environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing, with operations leadership experience
• Experience with lean techniques (5S) and continuous improvement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance to meet targets across two Wisconsin locations (Montello & Wautoma)
• Oversee production schedules, optimize processes, and reduce costs
• Foster teamwork and implement lean practices to improve quality and efficiency
• Drive leadership development and succession planning within the department

Our client, a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies, needs a Production Manager to direct and coordinate production and the maintenance department. You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.

• Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written


• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
