Job summary

The Production Manager will direct and coordinate production and the maintenance department at two Wisconsin sites (Wautoma and Montello) with about 100 employees, ensuring production targets are met with quality and cost control.

You will manage production schedules, foster teamwork, and implement lean manufacturing practices (5S) to minimize costs and errors, while positioning the operation for future leadership opportunities and strategic input at the executive level.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent.
