Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC partners with a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies to recruit a Production Manager who will direct both production and maintenance. You will drive operational efficiency and quality while reporting to the president, coordinating activities across Montello and Wautoma to meet targets and customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership, lean skills (5S), and proficiency with production scheduling systems

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing with leadership role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Knowledge of production scheduling systems; SYSPRO preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Our client, a contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies, needs a Production Manager to direct and coordinate production and the maintenance department. You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.
