Henderson Group Recruiting is assisting a client in finding a Production Manager for two Wisconsin locations. The role directs production and maintenance, drives efficiency and quality, and reports to the company president. Approximately 100 staff across Montello and nearby sites are involved.

The position demands 10+ years in manufacturing with proven leadership, plus hands-on lean practices (5S) and strong communication. A BS in Operations Management is strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership roles.
• Strong experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Familiarity with production scheduling systems (SYSPRO preferred).
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent is encouraged.

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.

• Must be an effective communicator both verbal and written
