SteveRecruiter, LLC is assisting a contract manufacturer in Wisconsin in finding a Production Manager to direct production and maintenance across Montello and Wautoma. The role emphasizes improving production performance while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency with ~100 employees.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, hands-on lean practices (5S), and strong communication. BS in Operations Management is strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with leadership in operations.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and coordinate maintenance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, BS in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for production performance while maintaining quality requirements in the most cost-effective manner.You will report to the president of the company.

What you will be doing:

• The Production Manager is crucial in driving operational efficiency across both Wautoma and Montello locations, ensuring teams achieve their targets smoothly.There are about 100 employees between the 2 locations.

• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience is strongly encouraged.
