Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Production Manager to oversee installation and production teams and drive efficient, quality workmanship across home renovation projects.

You will coordinate crews, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding safety and quality standards. This role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for advancement within the Renuity network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience resolving conflict.
• Strong communication & customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of all installation and production employees and subcontractor crews.
• Maintain consistent and prompt communication with crews and customers to ensure a positive experience and proper execution of contracts.
• Maintain quality control program from product ordering, receiving, delivery, and installation.
• Perform general hiring and terminations of all Installers, sub-contractors, and production related employees.
• Continuously review strategies to improve overall efficiency.
• Assist with and handle customer complaint resolutions.

About The Role
