Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Production Manager to lead installation and production teams across our growing home improvement network. You will monitor daily performance, coordinate crews, and ensure contracts are executed with quality and timeliness.

The role emphasizes strong communication, vendor management, and a proactive approach to hiring, training, and process improvements, with a competitive salary up to $90,000 per year and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience resolving conflict.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of all installation and production employees and subcontractor crews.
• Have consistent and prompt communication with crews and customers to ensure a positive experience and proper execution of contracts.
• Maintain quality control program from product ordering, receiving, delivery, and installation.
• Perform general hiring and terminations of all Installers, sub-contractors, and production related employees.
• Consistently review strategies to improve overall efficiency.
• Assist with and handle customer complaint resolutions.

About the Role
