Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee installation and production teams, ensuring quality and on-time execution of contracts across our expanding network. You will lead crews, manage subcontractors, and drive efficiencies in a fast-paced home-improvement environment.

The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with monthly performance bonus opportunities and opportunities for professional growth within a national network

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience, preferably with replacement windows.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience resolving conflicts and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance of installation and production teams and subcontractor crews.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with crews and customers to ensure contract fulfillment.
• Oversee quality control from ordering to delivery and installation.
• Handle hiring/termination decisions for installers, subcontractors, and production staff.
• Review and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
• Assist with and resolve customer complaints.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Monitor daily performance of all installation and production employees and subcontractor crews

• Have consistent and prompt communication with crews and customers to ensure a positive experience and proper execution of contracts

• Maintain quality control program from product ordering, receiving, delivery, and installation

• Perform general hiring and terminations of all Installers, sub-contractors, and production related employees

• Consistently review strategies to improve overall efficiency

• Assist with and handle customer complaint resolutions

Key Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record

• 5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows

• 2+ years of Project Management experience

• Experience resolving conflict

• Strong communication & customer service skills
