Our e-commerce and wholesale operations serve consumers and dealers nationwide with a wide selection of leading industry brands, while our dedicated government sales team supports law enforcement and other agencies through both inside and field sales. The purpose of this position is to drive and execute assembly of firearm parts, packaging, and quality assurance at Primary Arms. This position is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, inspecting, and executing all aspects that align with the Primary Arms Business Strategy.

The Productions Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will ensure all goals are met monthly. He/She will be responsible for the coordination of Assembly, Quality Control, packaging, and testing of all Expo Arms Products. This person will oversee Expo Arms Armorers and ensure that all products meet our company standards.

This is a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Plan & Schedule all workflow and production in accordance with the company’s needs
2. Provide weekly reporting and assembly schedule to the Director of Operations
3. Ensure Quality Assurance of all inbound receipts
4. Assist Assembly of Firearm Components & Packaging of all products
5. Ensure the proper inspection, testing, and routine maintenance of company firearms in accordance with applicable armorer procedures.
6. Ensure organization and preparation of armorer inventory for production and assembly.
7. Plan and conduct cycle counts based on daily, monthly, and annual requirements.
8. Assist as required with customer Return Merchandise Authorization inspection services.
9. Provide logistical support for large events and contracts as directed.
10. Execute other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience

1. Project Management experience required.
2. Mechanical experience required.
3. Armorer experience required.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
5. Oracle/NetSuite experience is preferred.
6. Must have a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Must be able to multitask while meeting the needs of a rapidly changing environment.
8. Must be able to work autonomously.

Working Conditions

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must wear personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
