Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Production Manager who reports to the Plant Manager and assists in managing the Production department. The role involves completing a curriculum of activities to prepare for leading a Rental Production facility within 24 months. Responsibilities include managing specific areas of production, hiring and developing a high-performing team, managing performance, providing leadership, handling customer service issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, achieving goals, managing inventory and budgets, and addressing operational issues. The role also involves contributing to planning location goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using predetermined tools and methods.
• Ensure production systems and processes are operational daily to keep the plant on schedule.
• Maintain effective internal communication systems.
• Follow established procedures for knowledge management to support team members.
• Investigate questions related to programs, processes, and procedures to understand operations.
• Review financial data with the Plant Manager regularly to control costs and ensure financial efficiency.
• Interpret data and identify solutions within existing processes and precedents.
• Be accountable to department KPIs during each departmental assignment.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Preferred

• 3 to 5 years of management experience.
• Experience supervising and directing teams and resources within limited timeframes.
