Job summary

• Enforce EH&S and quality procedures while maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Support process trials, continuous improvement initiatives, and SOP implementation.
• Maintain accurate production and personnel records.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Manage production supervisors and hourly employees across manufacturing and related support functions.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, procurement, and commercial teams to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
• Monitor process conditions and equipment performance, troubleshoot production problems, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, attendance, performance management, and employee development.
• Coordinate training and cross-training to strengthen workforce capabilities and maintain appropriate coverage.
• Enforce environmental, health, safety, and quality procedures while maintaining strong housekeeping standards.
• Support process trials, continuous improvement initiatives, and the implementation of operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and personnel records.
