Qualifications

• 5-7 years of management experience required.
• 3+ years production/manufacturing experience required.
• Bachelor’s or college coursework in related field preferred / HS diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and organize employees to achieve production goals.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude; may assist with maintenance on equipment.
• Creative thinker.
• Textile/machine tool manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bilingual experience helpful.
• Solid MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
